With over 15 years recruiting experience across Singapore and Japan markets, providing a personal and relatable touch in her engagement style has been a common theme for Kai Ting (KT) as she grows and evolves in her professional career alongside her network.
Across diverse industries, KT dedicates ample time to gain in-depth knowledge of her select Clients (needs, culture, vision, growth opportunities, industry trends and challenges) to be an effective external HR Partner and to drive employer branding from her interactions with the market and potential candidate pool.

KT graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, double majoring in Marketing and Management, from the National University of Singapore. Professionally, she possesses a Singapore Recruiter CEI Licence since 2011.
